    We process orders every 1-3 days, and after that, the order takes around 7-18 days depending on your location.

    Shipping / Production Info

    Production:
    - Every onesie is made to order by hand. Nothing is pre-stocked, so each piece is cut and sewn after you order.
    - Production time: 2–4 business days
    If a color or size is running behind, we'll email you before it ships rather than leave you guessing.
    Shipping:
    - Delivery: 6–10 business days from order
    - That window does not include production. Once your order leaves us you'll get a tracking number by email.
    - Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or over a weekend start production the next business day.
    - Peak periods — Christmas, Halloween, major sale events — can add a few days. We'll flag it on the site when that's the case.
    Delays:
    - Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands.Weather, customs and carrier backlogs happen.
    - If your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after you ordered, email us with your order number and we'll chase it or replace it.
    Tracking:
    - Tracking goes to the email you checked out with. Check spam first — that's where most "missing" emails end up. Scans can take 24–48 hours to start updating after dispatch.
    Addresses:
    - We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Double-check it before confirming. Once an order is in production we can't reroute it, and parcels returned due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipping fee.

    Not at this time. All of our products are available as listed on the store. We may offer custom options in the future, so keep an eye on our page for updates.
